At The Shoe Artisans, we strive to deliver products of the highest quality and ensure your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
7-Day Return Policy
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in excellent condition — unworn and untampered with. Trying on shoes briefly at home is acceptable, but items that show signs of outdoor wear, scuffs, or use will not be accepted
- All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- You must provide a proof of purchase or order confirmation
To start a return, please email us at theshoeartisanscanada@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and relevant photos (if applicable).
Once your return request is approved, we will share:
- The return shipping instructions, and
- A return shipping label (if applicable)
⚠️ Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at theshoeartisanscanada@gmail.com if:
- You received a damaged or defective product, or
- You received the wrong item
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Sale or discounted products
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Visibly worn, scuffed, or used footwear
If you're unsure whether your item is returnable, please reach out before initiating a return.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please request a return first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved:
- The refund will be processed to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.) within 7–10 business days
- Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account
