Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. You will be notified in case of any major delay.
Shipping Time

Metro cities: 3–5 business days

Non-metro locations: 5–7 business days

Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days
Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal fee (₹50–₹100) may apply depending on your location.

Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp message with:

Your tracking number, and

A tracking link to follow your package’s journey
You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account on our website.
Delivery Partners
We work with trusted courier services such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post to ensure reliable delivery across India.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are working to expand soon — stay tuned!

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:
